Perform For Sport prides itself on being able to offer the best coaching team and practitioners to everyone who walks through our doors.
We work as a multi-disciplinary team to assist in improving your sports performance, and health.
Our continuous aim is to create a friendly environment where you can access accredited strength and conditioning coaching, sports injury diagnosis and rehabilitation plans.
We work with a variety of athletes from junior to senior level from elite, professional, semi professional and recreational team sports and individual sports.

ADAM ROBINSON
CO-OWNER & ACCREDITED STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COACH
BASKETBALL COACH

Having graduated from Brunel University with a degree in Sport & Exercise Science, Adam has spent the last decade working as a S&C coach within sport. Having had previous roles in the Lawn Tennis Association, Adam is currently the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Ipswich Basketball Academy and has previously worked within the GB set up. Adam helped set up Perform For Sport (previously ISC Gym) in 2013 before taking sole ownership in 2019. Outside of Perform For Sport, Adam is a Level 3 Basketball Coach for Ipswich Basketball Club.

CHARLOTTE ROBINSON
Charlotte graduated from the University of Worcester in 2014 with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy, entitling her to a full membership under The Society of Sports Therapists. Since that time Charlotte has worked in the private sector, taking a special interest in musculoskeletal disorders and has been the lead Sports Therapist at both Leiston Football Club & Felixstowe & Walton Football Club. Charlotte has a Masters degree in Psychology and is a APPI Level 3 Pilates Instructor. She believes it's important to treat in a holistic manner. She currently delivers her expertise at Perform For Sport and at Dance East in Ipswich.

AIDEN GRIGGS
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH

Aiden graduated with a first class degree in Sports Performance and Coaching and is near to complete his Research Masters in Sports and Exercise Science at the University of Essex. He holds a Level 3 Personal Training qualification. Aiden provides S&C provision for Ipswich Basketball Academy (IBA) elite U19 teams. His role involves the monitoring of training load, planning of developmental training blocks and the running of performance assessments. Alongside his role at IBA, Aiden works at Perform For Sport, his role outside of coaching involves the management and interpretation of performance testing data to improve upon key performance indicators for the athlete’s sport be it: Tennis, Basketball, Football etc.

KOTRYNA STOKNAITE
GRADUATE SPORTS THERAPIST

Kotryna graduated from the University of Essex in 2021 with a BSc in Sports Therapy. She has a background of working with the first team at the Colchester Rugby Club and Felixstowe & Walton First Team, exposing her to a variety of different injuries. Her inspiration for her career begun from her own experience of being a figure skater for 11 years. Kotryna has recently joined the Perform For Sport and is a patient-focused sports therapist committed to helping individuals manage pain and injuries.
