Perfect for follow-up sports massage appointments requiring less time or one specific area of the body e.g. upper shoulders or lower limbs.
45 MIN APPOINTMENTS
Ideal for follow- up sports massage appointments requiring more time and for those that have a few problematic areas e.g. lower back and shoulders.
60MINS APPOINTMENTS
Ideal for initial appointments and follow up requiring more time.
