ADAM ROBINSON Co-Owner and Accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach
BSC (HONS), ASCC
Having graduated from Brunel University with a degree in Sport & Exercise Science, Adam has spent the last decade working as a S&C coach within sport. Having had previous roles in the Lawn Tennis Association, Adam is currently the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Ipswich Basketball Academy and has previously worked within the GB set up.
Adam helped set up Perform For Sport (previously ISC Gym) in 2013 before taking sole ownership in 2019. Outside of Perform For Sport, Adam is a Level 3 Basketball Coach for Ipswich Basketball Club.
AHMEED YUSOOF Graduate Sports Therapist
BSC (HONS), MSST
Ahmeed Yusoof is a skilled and passionate Sports Therapist, having earned his BSc (Hons) in Sports and Exercise Therapy from Coventry University.
Ahmeed has had previous experience of working with Rugby Borough Women’s FC, a professional third-tier football team. Working closely with elite athletes, focusing on injury management and rehabilitation, while gaining valuable insights into the demands of high-performance sports. Ahmeed offers a client-centred approach and is passionate about aiding active individuals to achieve their goals, recover effectively, and maintain peak physical performance.
JOE COOK Chartered Physiotherapist
BSC (HONS), CSP
Having graduated from the Univeristy of Essex with a 1st Class Degree in Physiotherapy Joe has since gained experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and sports injury management working within the NHS MSK outpatients department.
He believes that strength and conditioning is a vital part of physiotherapy especially when returning athletes and individuals back to sports, exercise and activity.
Outside of work Joe is a keen runner having completed his first marathon in 2024 and plans to do more in the future.
CHARLOTTE ROBINSON Co-owner & Graduate Sports Therapist APPI Pilates Instructor

Charlotte graduated from the University of Worcester in 2014 with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy, entitling her to a full membership under The Society of Sports Therapists. Since that time Charlotte has worked in the private sector, taking a special interest in musculoskeletal disorders and has been the lead Sports Therapist at both Leiston Football Club & Felixstowe & Walton Football Club.
Charlotte has a Masters degree in Psychology and is a APPI Level 3 Pilates Instructor. She believes it's important to treat in a holistic manner. She currently delivers her expertise at Perform For Sport and at Dance East in Ipswich.
KOTRYNA STOKNAITE Graduate Sports Therapist
BSC (HONS), MSST
Kotryna graduated from the University of Essex in 2021 with a BSc in Sports Therapy. She has a background of working with the first team at the Colchester Rugby Club and Felixstowe & Walton First Team, exposing her to a variety of different injuries.
Her inspiration for her career begun from her own experience of being a figure skater for 11 years. Kotryna has recently joined the Perform For Sport and is a patient-focused sports therapist committed to helping individuals manage pain and injuries.
CALLUM ABBOTT Chartered Sport and Exercise Psychologist
BSC (HONS), MSC, CPsychol
Callum holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of York and an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Loughborough University. He further advanced his expertise by completing training with the British Psychological Society, earning Chartered status as a Sport and Exercise Psychologist.
With experience across a diverse range of sports including rugby, MMA, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, golf, athletics, and esports, Callum has developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by performers in different disciplines. He specializes in both performance enhancement and wellbeing, using evidence-based psychological techniques to help individuals achieve their goals, perform under pressure, return from injury, and maintain balance in their lives.
Outside of his professional practice, Callum is a competitor in American football, an avid mountain biker, and a passionate participant in competitive gaming.
